What is Deksie?+
Deksie is an all-in-one CRM and project management platform built specifically for digital marketing agencies. It covers the full campaign lifecycle — from lead capture and deal management to creative approvals, task tracking, and client reporting — so you can stop juggling multiple tools.
Who is Deksie built for?+
Deksie is designed for digital marketing agencies of all sizes — from small boutique shops to larger teams. If you manage clients, run campaigns, and need a structured workflow with approval flows, Deksie is built for you.
How does the approval workflow work?+
You can create approval requests linked to any task or project. Deksie generates a secure, shareable link that your client can use to review assets and approve or request revisions — no login required. Every action is timestamped and tracked with full version history.
Can I manage multiple clients and projects?+
Yes. Deksie supports multiple clients, each with their own contacts, projects, deals, and pipelines. You can organise work using Kanban boards, Gantt charts, and calendar views across all your projects.
Is my data secure?+
Absolutely. Deksie is hosted on Google Cloud Platform with TLS encryption in transit and encryption at rest. We implement role-based access control, soft-deletion policies, and comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Does Deksie support CSV imports?+
Yes. You can import contacts and client data via CSV files directly into Deksie. The importer handles field mapping and validation to ensure clean data.
Can I generate reports and proposals?+
Yes. Deksie includes built-in proposal and contract creation, as well as analytics dashboards with widgets for revenue snapshots, deal pipelines, task priorities, and team capacity. Reports can be exported as branded PDFs.
Is there an API?+
